The Shroud of Turin is the most studied archeological object in human history. How was the image on the shroud formed? What does it say about the physical sufferings of the man? Are signs Resurrection traced on the Shroud? Fr. Dalton obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Shroud Studies in 2011, and became a board member of Othonia, an international center of investigation on the Shroud, in 2017. In 2018, he worked with Shroud experts all over the world to bring university-level studies to the English-speaking world. He teaches Biblical Theology of the Passion of the Christ for the Science and Faith Institute, which works in collaboration with the Giulio Ricci Diocesan Centre of Shroud Studies in Rome.
