Where: Mel Ott Parking Lot 2301 Belle Chasse Highway Gretna LA 70053 + Enter onto 23rd St from Belle Chasse Hwy to get in line + Continue on until Gretna Police Department directs you into the Mel Ott parking lot + Follow the signs to receive your to-go lunch + Turn right onto Gretna Blvd where you will exit onto Belle Chasse Hwy.
